I just had the Whitney bowl. 10/10, highly recommend and would eat again, every day. The ladies in here were efficient and sweet. Small place but great location, next to one of the three colleges in Conway.

Fast, friendly service. Large servings for an slightly higher price ($7-$10) and you can get a shake or a bowl. The bowl has the shake at the bottom with fresh fruit on top. Must say this combo was nice, an unexpected surprise.

it’s impossible to be sad while eating a smoothie bowl from here. the bowls are literally so good! i typically get the greens bowl but i got a tropical plunge today. it was so pretty and delicious. great place to stop for a pick-me-up or sweet treat :)
